I had the best season of my decade-long racing career with Josh as my coach! I achieved 90% of my goals and ended the season still having fun on my bicycle! The workouts were challenging but all very doable. I never dreaded getting on my bike, even through the winter. This led to a very consistent year of training with a steady increase in power and fitness. Josh is also very positive and encouraging and provided helpful tips whenever I had questions. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

Last year, I started working with Josh with two goals: to level up as a cyclist, and still enjoy the sport as I took things up a notch. Under his guidance I accomplished both. I was challenged as an athlete, but always felt that my workload was within the realm of the psychologically manageable. I saw results: I got over 30 watts faster on my FTP by April of this year, and had my best season as a cyclist (from cat 3 to cat 1 in one year). But, critically, the process was not just manageable but enjoyable. I had the physical and emotional stamina to go the whole distance this year, thanks to his approach.

I sought to work with Josh Lipka based on his track record as an elite coach and eSports Director for the TWENTY24 pro cycling team. Weeks before Josh and I began training together, I was diagnosed with a potentially fatal pulmonary embolism that resulted in a pulmonary infarction. After a year of recovery, Josh kept his promise to coach me because we were connected as more than cyclists, but as two pulmonary embolism survivors. We're very calculated in how we train and do so in a safe way that will allow me to reach our goals in Zwift pro racing. Josh and I are beating the odds and proving what's possible-- and that’s winning races. There isn't a better coach, it was meant to be.
